    Early adolescence and the teen years can feel overwhelming. Between the academic pressures, friendships, social media, family changes, and past or ongoing trauma can all take a toll. I provide a supportive space for young teens to process their experiences, build resilience, and develop skills to manage anxiety, depression, and everyday challenges. Together, we focus on communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and healing so teens can feel more grounded, confident, and prepared for the changes in their lives.

  • EMDR

    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic or distressing memories, reducing their emotional impact. Using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports your brain’s natural healing, helping you move past stuck memories and develop healthier ways of responding. During sessions, we follow a structured process that doesn’t require you to share every detail. EMDR works to reduce the emotional charge of difficult memories, supporting emotional healing, resilience, and greater confidence.
